The Order Shall Persist, Regardless Of Opinion: Part Three

Heaven's order clear once this world's power lines are removed.

Continued from Part Two...

There are people who are experts in their specific field, their work usually speaking for itself.

The historian, sociologist, and gossip columnist may share humanity as their common muse, but they may differ in how they view humanity.

One may hold certain insights the other two may not.

The brain surgeon's knowledge and past experience qualifies him to continue his work.

If a particular brain surgeon had made several mistakes in the past during surgery, they may not be trusted or asked not to continue their work.

But if their past work has been without issue, their work history qualifies them as competent.

The human brain, although having its 'parts' and regions, is not like the automotive engine.

It can be argued that one is 'mechanical' as is the other, but the transfer of energy that occurs in the brain is uniquely different than what occurs in the auto engine.

The subatomic nature of the brain does not compare to the rudimentary parts of the auto engine.

Not to insult nor praise vocation for the other, but would it be wise asking an auto mechanic to work on your brain?

Would it be wise asking a brain surgeon to work on your car's engine?

Only if the brain surgeon / auto mechanic was also an auto mechanic / brain surgeon.

Again, not to insult nor diminish the importance of any vocation, but a car manual can be followed by a mechanical novice in performing even the most exhausting job on a car's engine.

The same approach can NOT be assumed regarding the human brain.

What do these analogies have to do with this third installment regarding theocracy and seeing past human definitions of history and government?

Time and again, auto mechanics have taken the place if brain surgeons in the world's operating room.

The theocracy has never gone away, no matter how man auto mechanics are working on the minds of the people.

The theocracy that God has established before the creation of the earth cannot be removed no matter the laws and irrational arguments men would and do make.

In Part Two, we concluded how a human perception may argue that the theocratic order established long ago through Moses was partially (or fully) usurped by the introduction of a king to rule over the priesthood.

Another argument (or perhaps the same) would further the notion that caesaropapism furthered a distinction away from theocracy and gave way to secular rule (over the priesthood).

But is that what is seen when looking beyond the power lines (the caption in this article's image)?

I'm sure I may be in the minority with this one, but such is not the case nor the reality.

I'm sure the historian, sociologist and gossip columnist would point to the plethora of sources in those given fields to prove me wrong,

But let us look at what has been promised and what has been established.

For the faith-filled believer, they can understand that the material world can be sometimes an echo of the spiritual world, and sometimes a contrast of it.

Echo in the way that material manifestations sometimes build upon spiritual ideas.

Contrast in the way material manifestations do not always build upon spiritual ideas.

In Part One we read how the leverage of power seems to have been exchanged between a priesthood and an earthly king.

However, when one continues reading the drama between God and Israel through those kings, we see God's law still ruling through the priests and prophets.

We also see punishment being exacted upon the nation of Israel due to a king's (and by extension the people's) disobedience, or times of renewal due to a king's (and by extension the people's) repentance.

How is punishment or renewal determined?

Simply by an individual's (in this case, a king) words and deeds?

Partially.

The punishment or renewal is further determined by the laws and decrees that king loosens or binds.

This is a clear constant in all governments the world over throughout times, regardless of the particular priesthood or king.

The constant backdrop: the order established by God's law, that same law Moses brought down from the mountain in his arms, has not changed.

What seems to have changed is interpreted according to man's limited understanding.

The perception is the shifting and swaying with the winds of time in people's perception, understanding, obedience, and deflection, of that law's reach and rule over all of creation.

In Part Two we read how despite man's disobedience and desire to throw off God's law and long established order, God doesn't change...but only the earthly circumstances and manner which the law is fulfilled.

This is where we read that Christ taught the people to be humble and obedient even to the tyrants and the empty vessels sitting in the seat of Moses, but warned the people not to 'do' as they did.

Why didn't Christ mention kings when mentioning the heavenly order of God's law?

Christ is that King that was rejected by Israel as mentioned in Part One and, unfortunately for some people, is the same King that continues to be rejected today.

But does rejection of the King mean the King ceases to be King?

Only to the diluted and confused and rebellious heart.

Only in the mind who has rejected the law of God, this same law that can only be written on the heart by the hand of God.

The order (called theocracy by man's definition) that God has long established only ebbs and flows in appearance, not in factuality.

The echo of this reality was realized despite Israel asking for an earthly king.

This reality was once again manifested when the church triumphed over the Roman empire.

The contrast began to occur when the human definition of caesaropapism was introduced to talk about the perceived 'change' when secular governments began to rule over the priesthood.

However, much how God was King prior to the law being given to Moses, God has never ceased being King in the new age of Christ.

Much how God's law didn't cease, nor the order of priesthood disseminating that law when David was king, neither has the priesthood of the God of Israel ceased to exist.

Have you noticed how gracious and merciful this God of the heavens and earth is?

Let us read how God eventually dealt with Israel's rejection of His Kingship:
In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was One like a Son of Man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into His presence. He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and His kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.
- Daniel 7: 13-14
This message came through the prophet Daniel about six centuries after the first earthly king of Israel.

I dare say God knew He would use Israel's focus on a physical king to introduce Himself in the flesh.

Since there is only One God, Creator and Ruler of heaven and earth, who then was this 'Son of Man'?

Who is this human being that will hold all authority, glory, sovereign power...that all nations and peoples of every language will worship...that will hold an everlasting dominion...and a kingdom that will never be destroyed?

Doesn't only God Himself have such power and order over all of creation?

Absolutely!

What does the testimony about this 'human being' say?
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him all things were made; without Him nothing was made that has been made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it...The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth...Out of His fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given. For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Yeshua Christ. No one has ever seen God, but the One and only Son, who is Himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made Him known.
- John 1: 1-5, 14, 16-18
The definition of that 'Son of Man' / human being mentioned through Daniel, and 'how' that Son of Man / human being appear as God, is clearly explained through John.

What, then, about the priesthood?

Is there still a priesthood and is there a high priest, or high prophet?
Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account. Therefore, since we have a great High Priest who has ascended into heaven, Yeshua the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have One who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet He did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
- Hebrews 4: 13-16
The Son of God, this same Son of Man, is High Priest over the heavenly and earthly priesthood.

Heavenly and earthly priesthood?

Absolutely!

First let us mention the earthly priesthood, which occupies His royal court on earth:
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.
- 1 Peter 2: 9
It looks like God chose to combine the priesthood and kingship in Christ, leaving in His wake a similar form on earth, in some instances a separate office, in others similarly combined.

Such is the order still on earth, but very few hearts, minds and eyes can conceive such an idea when looking through humanistic definitions, shortsighted dogmas, or misleading doctrines.

Now to the heavenly court, heavenly priesthood, and He who sits atop His royal retinue in all glory, honor and praise:
The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said:
“The kingdom of the world has become
the kingdom of our Lord and of His Messiah,
and He will reign for ever and ever.”
And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying:
“We give thanks to You, Lord God Almighty,
the One who is and who was,
because You have taken Your great power
      and have begun to reign.
   The nations were angry,
      and Your wrath has come.
The time has come for judging the dead,
and for rewarding Your servants the prophets
and Your people who revere Your Name,
      both great and small—
and for destroying those who destroy the earth.”
- Revelation 11: 15-18
Finally and most importantly, the King that was rejected for an earthly king as become both!
I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose Rider is called Faithful and True. With justice He judges and wages war. His eyes are like blazing fire, and on His head are many crowns. He has a Name written on Him that no one knows but He Himself. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His Name is the Word of God. The armies of heaven were following Him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Coming out of His mouth is a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. On His robe and on His thigh He has this Name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
- Revelation 19: 11-16
Dear friends, brothers and sisters please consider:

It is not that a man became God (or a god), no, on the contrary, God became a man.

God did this for your own sake, so you may somehow understand, so you may somehow realize who created you.

He did so to reveal how much He loves you through and through despite your humanity.

Thus why He chose to be humiliated in becoming a human being, again for your own sake.

It is to His glory, honor and praise that you believe this testimony, revealing the His law to having been written on your hearts since eternity.

Praised be His Holy Name Yeshua; the King of kings and Lord of Lords and He who has always reigned, and still Today, from heaven.

Praised be His Holy Name Yeshua; He who reigns over all the earth through His chosen people, His royal priesthood, even you and me.

Praise His Holy Name Yeshua!
