External Alliances Blind Eternal Unity

Let us think for a moment.

A person is going to believe new information that aligns with their current ideas. 

If new ideas contrast or contradict current ideas, the new ideas are likely rejected.

This is how and why new information, no matter how accurate or 'true', goes ignored.

People hold prejudices as a default and defensive mechanism.

It takes effort, work, to think.

To reflect on things in one's heart, filter them through one's mind, and reflect them upon what is currently held to be 'true'.

For people who've been taught to ignore information from certain places, or accustomed to ignore all other things outside their ethnic, political, national, religious dogma, it should be no surprise walls exist in minds and hearts the world over... and right next door.

Often times, what seems 'wrong' to you is a matter of work in reaching across the field of difference in love.

When love is first applied, and dealt throughout, and concluded... misunderstandings can be found.

Miscommunication is then made evident, and what is clearly inconclusive realized.

What is truly unacceptable is clarified as a heart-issue, not one of intellect.

It is then that love is found within another person.

It is also then that love is found to be wanting in another person.

Fools find no pleasure in understanding, 

but delight in airing their own opinions. 

The words of the mouth are deep waters, 

but the fountain of wisdom is a rushing stream. 

The lips of fools bring them strife, 

and their mouths invite a beating. 

The mouths of fools are their undoing, 

and their lips are a snare to their very lives. 

- Proverbs 18: 2, 4, 6-7 

Do not think, speak, nor act like fools.

Think, speak, and act always in love... so you may come to know love.

Be honest about this desire you have.

What a person desires is unfailing love; 

better to be poor than a liar.
