What does a newborn baby know?

Do they know their name?

Are they aware of their parent's economic status?

Have they learned their ethnic category?

Do they know if they are of the oppressed or the oppressor?

Does a baby hate anyone?

Do they know their religion?

Have they found out they will die one day?

What does a baby truly know?

Do they know how to cry?

Is crying simply an automatic response not yet learned?

Don't they cry when they are hungry or uncomfortable?

Isn't it later a baby 'learns' to cry to get its way?

Isn't it also later when a baby learns right from wrong, or good and bad?

When does a baby begin to learn about the world around them?

Isn't a baby the reflection of its parent(s) and/or those who raise them?

Does a baby know how to distinguish the good from the bad they see in the adults around them?

How does a baby grow up to be a lover of others?

How does a baby grow up to be a murderer?

How does a baby grow up to be a beggar?

How does a baby grow up to be a billionaire industry magnate?

How does a baby grow up to be a saint?

How does a baby grow up to be a sinner?

People were also bringing babies to Yeshua for Him to place His hands on them. When the disciples saw this, they rebuked them. But Yeshua called the children to Him and said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”
