Every so often I hear from believers various views of who Yeshua is.
Since He appeared in the body, views have varied.
As we'll see, details are only revealed by God.
When Yeshua came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”
They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”
“But what about you?” He asked. “Who do you say I am?”
Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
Yeshua replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by My Father in heaven.
- Matthew 16: 13-17
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders.
And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the greatness of His government and peace there will be no end.
He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever.
The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.
- Isaiah 9: 6-7
Then He said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see My hands. Reach out your hand and put it into My side. Stop doubting and believe.”
Thomas said to Him, “My Lord and my God!”
Then Yeshua told him, “Because you have seen Me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
- John 20: 27-29
When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted.
- Matthew 28: 17
Notice Thomas wasn't corrected.
Neither were those who worshiped Yeshua as God.
