Let Your Pride Subside

The following is for those claiming to know God as revealed in Yeshua the Messiah:

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people - for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Yeshua, who gave Himself as a ransom for all people. This has now been witnessed to at the proper time. And for this purpose I was appointed a herald and an apostle - I am telling the truth, I am not lying - and a true and faithful teacher of the Gentiles. Therefore I want the men everywhere to pray, lifting up holy hands without anger or disputing.

What does God desire for all men?

Who did Yeshua die for?

Why do denominations bicker over interpretation instead of obeying the message?

Have they forgotten the following?

Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

Is your religious organization the 'one' body of Christ?

Do you believe this because of its name, or because its doctrine says so?

What about the 'church' across the street, those you were told are wrong because of their doctrine?

Are you able to 'see' the Spirit in others?

Be one as He is One!
